Prerequisite
ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage or ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Body Treatments or equivalent ITEC Level 2 Professional Conduct and Business Awareness.
Units
- Unit 27 ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage.
Aim
The student will learn specific massage techniques for athletes with emphasis on muscle theory and soft tissue manipulation and management of common sports injuries which can be treated after medical approval.
