Aim
The course covers the origin of the massage as a way of keeping hair in peak condition and the specialised treatment techniques used now to soothe and ease tension in the head and scalp.You will study:
- History of Indian Head Massage, its benefits and uses
- Classical massage movements
- Structure of the head, neck and upper back and their disorders
- Treatment on a fully clothed client
- Other therapies
- Hygiene, First Aid and Safety
- Setting up a business
