History
The Training Centre was set up in 2003 by Ruth Wright. As principal tutor she has over 25 years experience in Further Education. In 2005 The Belmore Holistic Training Centre gained ITEC status and is now an established accredited college offering internationally recognised holistic course.
Many Credits and Distinctions have been achieved in all ITEC Diploma subjects offered in both theory and practical with positive feedback from the examiners, ‘It is felt that the College should be congratulated on the standard presented …’

Trained at The London College of Fashion in Beauty Therapy, Ruth has managed salons in Knightsbridge before teaching at a number of Further Education Colleges in Yorkshire and the Home Counties, including Champneys College of Health and Beauty.
She was head of section at Aylesbury College, Bucks, where she set up and ran many of the holistic courses, which are popular today. She has written many BTEC modules, has examined for City and Guilds and regularly internally verifies for training centres.
Ruth specialises in teaching Reflexology, Electrolysis and Indian Head Massage.
