The Belmore Conferencing Facility
The Belmore Conferencing Facility is housed within the thriving Belmore Centre, a centre for excellence in beauty therapy, complementary healthcare and training in holistic therapies.
Located on the outskirts of Aylesbury on the B4443 Stoke Mandeville to Princes Risborough Road, the Centre is an oasis of calm and wellbeing, ideal for small group meetings, training events and product launches, with the advantage of excellent parking.
For a unique away-day experience, tailor-made conference packages including beauty and holistic treatments to round off a day of hard work can be arranged in consultation with you.
Room Only Hire
Day rate (9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) - £135.00
Half-day (9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. or 1.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.) - £85.00
Weekends - £120.00 and £80.00 respectively.
Tariff includes, tea, coffee, mineral water and biscuits, flipchart and pens, OHP, screen and whiteboard, tv and video, multi-media projector.
Day Delegate Rate
£35.00 per person (Monday to Friday)
£30.00 per person (Saturday and Sunday)
Tariff includes: coffee on arrival, mineral water, morning coffee, biscuits and fruit, two course buffet, afternoon tea with cake, hire of meeting room. Flipchart and pens, OHP, screen and whiteboard, tv and video, multi-media projector, pencils, folders and tent cards.
Layout
The Centre can offer theatre-style, U-shape and committee style layouts, or a simple circle of chairs for up to 20 persons.
